Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for BlackEdge subscriptions. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Because our authorized Merchant of Record processes payments and acts as the seller of record, refunds are issued through them, and their buyer terms and refund policy also apply to your purchase.

1. 14-day refund

You have the right to request a refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase. If you request a refund within this period, you will receive a full refund of the Charges you have paid.

The only exception is where, during the 14-day period, you have started using or benefiting from the Service after agreeing during checkout that access would be made available to you immediately, before the end of the 14-day period. Where you have begun using the Service on this basis, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply, in line with our Merchant of Record's refund policy.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time through your account, the Payment Provider's customer portal, or by emailing [email protected]. You can cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, or use the receipt link from the Payment Provider.
  2. Include your order reference and the email address associated with your account.
  3. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by the Payment Provider to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under any mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
